DMCA Policy

This page is provided for transparency and operational policy purposes.

1. Notice of Infringement

PlayX respects the intellectual property rights of others. We operate as an informational directory and do not host or store any media files on our servers. If you believe that content linked on our platform infringes your copyrights, you may submit a takedown notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2. Required Takedown Details

To file a copyright complaint, your notice must include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, specifically including the exact URLs on PlayX.
  • Your contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Submission Path

Please send all takedown notices directly via email to [email protected], or outline the details on our Report Page.

4. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe a link to your content was removed in error due to a misidentification or mistake, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address. The counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the removed URL, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good faith belief of the error, and consent to local federal court jurisdiction.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain an operational policy to review links and domains associated with repeat copyright complaints. Partners or external domains that are repeatedly identified as providing unauthorized content will have their listings and tracking programs disabled on our platform.
